Liberty Hall Inc. ("Liberty Hall," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Liberty Hall ticketing website and related services. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you purchase a ticket or sign up for text notifications:

  • Contact information: your name, email address, and (if you opt in to text notifications) your mobile phone number.

  • Purchase information: what you bought, when, and payment details. Payment card details are processed by Square and are not stored on our systems.

  • Consent records: when you opt in to text notifications, we record the date, time, IP address, browser, and exact consent language you agreed to. This is required by wireless carrier regulations.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This helps us operate the site and troubleshoot problems.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver your ticket and send purchase confirmations.

  • Send a text notification you have opted into — ticket delivery for events you have purchased.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, or the fact that you have opted in to receive text messages, to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to all mobile opt-in information regardless of the specific messaging program you sign up for.

Your mobile phone number is used solely to send the text messages you have consented to receive from Liberty Hall. When you opt in, we may share your number with our messaging service providers (currently Amazon Web Services) and wireless carriers only as necessary to deliver those messages to your phone. These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies by the events you have purchased tickets for. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out of text messages

You can opt out at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message we send you.

  • Contacting us at the email address at the bottom of this page.

After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts from that program. You can resubscribe by replying START to our number, or by completing the opt-in form again on a future ticket purchase.

How we share your information

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: companies we use to operate our services, including Square (payment processing), Amazon Web Services (hosting and messaging), and email delivery services. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

  • Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

  • Business transfers: if Liberty Hall is acquired or transfers assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money or valuable consideration. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention

We retain your information as long as you have an active relationship with us and as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consent records for text messaging are retained for the duration required by wireless carrier regulations (currently at least four years after consent revocation).
