These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Liberty Hall Inc. website and services, including purchasing tickets and receiving text messages. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Who we are
"Liberty Hall," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Liberty Hall Inc., located at 644 Massachusetts Street, Lawrence, KS 66044. Our ticketing platform is powered by IndieTix; when you use it, you interact with software operated on our behalf.
Tickets and admission
When you purchase a ticket, you receive the right to attend the specific event named on the ticket, at the specific date and time shown, subject to any additional rules posted at the venue.
Tickets are non-transferable unless we explicitly authorize the transfer. Presentation of the QR code from your ticket PDF (or a text message we send you) is required for admission. We may refuse admission to anyone whose ticket appears altered, duplicated, or otherwise invalid.
Doors typically open 30-60 minutes before showtime. Latecomers may be seated at our discretion.
Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations
All ticket sales are final unless:
The event is cancelled by Liberty Hall, in which case we will refund the ticket price automatically to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, in which case you may request a refund.
Applicable law requires a refund.
Convenience fees, service fees, or similar non-ticket charges may be non-refundable even when the ticket price is refunded, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
Text messaging program
If you opt in to receive text messages from Liberty Hall, the following additional terms apply to that program:
What you'll receive: when you opt in through our website, you consent to receive an automated ticket delivery text for your purchase. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages unless you separately consent to those.
Frequency: one message per ticketed event you attend. Frequency depends on how many events you have tickets to.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Liberty Hall does not charge you for the messages, but your carrier may charge you for receiving them.
How to stop messages: reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts from that program. You may resubscribe at any time by replying START or completing our opt-in form again.
Getting help: reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us at the email address at the bottom of this page.
Carriers: supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. and Canadian carriers. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent record: when you opt in, we record the date, time, IP address, browser, and exact consent language for compliance purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The mobile phone number you provide during opt-in must be a number you own or are authorized to use. Do not opt in someone else's phone number.
Accounts and access
You do not need an account to purchase a ticket. If we offer account features in the future, additional terms may apply.
You agree not to:
Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or restricted areas of our services.

Indemnification
